Now you can take the Broker’s Course in the comfort of your own home using hard copy books and materials. We call it “Distance Learning”. Once you’ve studied the material and taken the practice tests you’ll need to schedule an appointment to take the final exam. You must pass the final exam at the Roger DeSpainschool in order to receive credit for the course and to sit for the state exam.
